Servo Motors & Servo Gearmotors

Our stock servo motors provide approximately twice the torque per frame size as conventional servo motors. The rotor inertia has been optimally designed for typical loads, giving the J series optimum power ratings for their size. We offer a full range of servo amplifiers and systems.

Series Details

We specialize in designing step and servo motors and drives integrated systems and advanced software for a variety of industries and motion control needs.

Our J series high performance low cost servo motors pack a lot of power in a compact size. They're available off the shelf with windings for 120 volts AC, 220 volts AC and popular DC voltages sizes range from 100 to 750 watts with industry standard 40 mm, 60 mm and 80 mm metric flange sizes.

All motors feature a segmented stator for high winding density and a skewed rotor magnet for low cogging. They're also IP65 rated for harsh environments. A 10,000 count per revolution encoder provides position and velocity feedback.

What drives are recommended for these motors?

The J Series servo motors are optimized for use with our SV200 series digital servo drives which accepts Step and Direction or ± 10 volts DC control signals.

• For 120 and 220 VAC applications
• For 24, 48 or 60 VDC applications

J Series motors can also be used with the SVAC3 series and SV7 series.

Stored programing is also available with our powerful Q motion and machine control language. Our drives also accept real-time streaming commands from motion controllers and PLC's using RS-232, RS-485, Modbus, Ethernet, EtherNet/IP and CANopen.
