Three phase squirrel cage explosion proof motors feature the protective "d" (flame-proof) design and comply with the European standards EN5014, EN5018 as well as IEC, CENELEC, VDE and DIN standards.
The explosion proof motor classification:
Eexd IIB + H2 T4 (IIB group of gases as well as hydrogen, T4 Temperature class) for frame sizes 80, 90 and 100.
Eexd IIB T4 (IIB group for gases, T4 Temperature class) for frame sizes 112, 132, 160 and 180.

Mounting dimensions are in accordance with the international standard IEC 72-1. Mounting dimension and coordination of ratings meet the qualifications of the DIN 42673 part 1 standard. Motors also comply with standard IEC 34-1 and VDE 0530 (general requirement for electrical machines).
